I’m Natasha, a family yoga teacher and single mum of two energetic, spirited kids. I understand firsthand the challenges of creating calm in a busy home, and I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the stress of it all. My mission is simple: to advocate for children's emotional well-being through playful, accessible yoga and mindfulness practices. This package is designed for children of all ages. I have experience working with toddlers through to teenagers, and I tailor the plan to be age-appropriate and fun, whether your child is just starting out or has more advanced needs.

Once you purchase the package, you'll be able to schedule your first consultation with me. During this call, we’ll dive into everything we need to craft a plan that fits your child perfectly. After that, I’ll create your custom plan and we’ll arrange follow-up sessions to make sure it’s working well for your family.

Due to the personalized nature of this package and the proximity of support and guidance you will receive, refunds are not available.
