Let me guess...
✅ The days are flying by, and you’re constantly juggling between ALL your responsibilities as a parent. It's never ending!
✅ You’ve been meaning to create calm moments for your kids, but the stress just keeps piling up so the calmest times you spend together are your movie nights - and you really enjoy them.

Sound familiar? Then keep reading.

What Makes This Different?
❌ This is NOT about “perfect” poses or forcing calm.
✅ This IS about creating calm and connection in a way that feels natural and fun for your family.
Yoga with kids is different from an adult yoga class, and that’s a GOOD thing. These practices are playful, accessible, and designed with families in mind.
Why Now?
Life moves fast. Stress builds up. And if you’re not intentional, the moments to connect can slip away.
This isn’t just yoga. It’s a way to prioritize what really matters—a calm, connected, thriving family.
Don’t wait for the “perfect” time. Start creating these moments now.
About Me
Hi! I'm Natasha, and I've been teaching yoga to children since 2017, when I completed my first training with Rainbow Kids Yoga. My journey began while working as a fitness instructor, teaching everything from kettlebells to aquafit. But it was through yoga that I discovered how deeply our physical, mental, and emotional well-being are connected.
I know first hand the importance of slowing down and truly feeling calm — not just showing it but it wasn't until I had my own children that I realized how vital it was to care for my emotional health and pass those tools on to them.
Now, I'm passionate about helping families do the same.
Through yoga and mindfulness, I aim to give kids the lifelong tools to calm their bodies and minds in a world that often feels overwhelming. My mission is to support parents and children in creating a sense of calm, connection, and emotional well-being together.
Join me, and let's help your family experience the power of calm.
Get started with my 7-part family yoga series, and experience the benefits of play, movement, and mindfulness today.
