What is Tapping?


EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping is a powerful, evidence-based practice that helps calm the nervous system and release emotional stress. By gently tapping on specific acupressure points while addressing your thoughts and emotions, tapping works to reduce stress, clear blocks, and create space for calm.

Why Work with Me?


Hi, I’m Natasha, a mum of two and a certified Tapping practitioner through the trauma-informed Overflow Tapping Methodology created by Hannah Cluley.

As a family yoga teacher, I’ve spent years helping parents create calm and connection in their homes. Tapping is the perfect complement to my work, offering another way to help bring calm and confidence within yourself.

I know firsthand how overwhelming life can feel—whether it’s parenting challenges, emotional stress, or simply the pace of everyday life. With my trauma-informed approach, you’ll be guided through your session with care, compassion, and the tools to help you move forward with ease.

1. How do I book a time for my session?
Once you’ve completed your booking, you’ll be invited to select a time on Calendly that works best for you. I recommend booking as soon as possible to secure your spot, as availability can fill up quickly. Currently, the wait time is just a few days, so we can get you scheduled in right away.

2. I’ve never done tapping before. Will I know what to do?
Absolutely! No prior experience is needed. I’ll guide you through the entire process step by step, so you’ll feel completely supported and confident during our session.

3. Can I book more sessions after my first one?
Of course! Many clients love the results they feel after one session and choose to book regularly. I offer packages to make it easier (and more affordable) for ongoing support. We can discuss this after your session if it feels right for you.

4. What kind of issues can tapping help with?
Tapping can help with a wide range of challenges, including:

  • Stress and overwhelm
  • Feeling stuck or blocked
  • Emotional tension or frustration
  • Releasing limiting beliefs
  • Cultivating calm, clarity, and confidence

If there’s something specific you’re dealing with, feel free to ask—I’ll tailor the session to your needs.

5. I’m not sure if this is for me. What if I don’t feel anything?
That’s okay! EFT tapping works differently for everyone. Some people feel lighter immediately, while others notice subtle shifts over the following days. Either way, the process is gentle, safe, and designed to support your nervous system at your own pace.

6. Can I do this with kids around?
It’s best to have some quiet time for yourself during the session. If you’re a parent, I completely understand the challenges of finding time alone, so feel free to let me know, and we’ll work together to make it as stress-free as possible.

7. What if I want to talk more after the session?
I’m here to support you! After the session, you’ll have the option to message me with any follow-up questions or explore a package if you’d like to keep working together.


Refund Policy

I understand that life happens, and plans can change. Here’s my refund policy to ensure clarity and fairness:

  • Refunds Before Booking: Refunds can be issued if you decide to cancel before scheduling your session through Calendly.
  • Cancellations 48+ Hours in Advance: If you need to cancel your session, you must do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

Exception: If there is an issue during the session itself that prevents me from fully supporting you, we will discuss the matter during the call, and I will ensure it is resolved, which may include a refund in exceptional circumstances.
